Freezing cold food, not good value for money!!

Food great and fresh every thing was lovely only a little moan delivery was to early came at 6pm should have been 7pm friend coming at 7pm so had to reheat in micro but luckily everything was great thanks again will keep using you guys.xx

It's the best fish supper i have had in a long time really nice fish.

Absolutely fantastic. Pizza base was perfect . Food very good quality. We all really enjoyed our meal. Everything was delicious, warm on arrival and exactly what we ordered. Will definitely order again. Delivery was quick and arrived hot.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my second order from Joe’s I felt I had to. I absolutely loved it — and seeing people complaining about 30p bags and frozen chips is honestly ridiculous. Trying to tear down a new business before it’s even properly started is just nonsense. The first time I ordered fish and chips, it was made fresh while I waited and it was fantastic — really fresh, crispy, and full of flavour. Today I tried the mixed kebab on a naan and it was really good!! Great job, Joe 👏

Food was nice only thing is they dont do chippy sauce in a tub seperate

FIsh had a taste of dirty frying oil. Needs changed! Chips warm at best. Maybe the cardboard boxes dont keep the food warm enough? Only way to order that I could see was through the app and charged 30p for carrier bag that I didn't need. This seems like money for nothing, couldn't remove from order.

Chips were fantastic, fish was nice, but batter could have been a little more robust, it collapsed underneath. Otherwise shall be ordering again. Best of luck, this area needs a good chip shop.

Waited 90 minutes for home delivery. Food arrived cold. Tried calling the takeaway several times, when waiting for my delivery, couldn't get any answer. Really poor service and food. Also, I think the chips were out of the freezer.

Good delivered lukewarm after a 40 minute wait - food was returned, resolution offered to me was not acceptable, as it was now 9pm and I originally ordered my food at 1947, so I was now passed it. I appreciate this is a new venture but if this is the quality of food they are going to offer they won’t have returning customers. From social media after the event it appears I was not the only dissatisfied customer - but maybe the only one to raise the issue
